C2O Coconut Water Smoothie Recipes

I’m sure many of you have heard about the amazing health benefits of drinking coconut water.  Since I love coconut water, I partnered with C2O Coconut Water.  Of course you can always enjoy it straight from the can, but you can also use it in smoothie recipes.


Here are some of my favorite coconut water smoothie combos:

Green Machine - C2O, kale, spinach, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, chia seeds

Carrot/Mango/Beet Smoothie - C2O, frozen mangos, carrots, beets, parsley & other leafy greens

Berry Breakfast Smoothie - C2O, low fat or nonfat yogurt, organic oats, frozen blueberries, strawberries & blackberries

Taste of the Tropics - C2O, frozen raspberries, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, half of a banana

**I highly recommend a powerful blender to make these recipes, especially if you are going to enjoy the smoothies with leafy greens.  My favorite blender is a VitaMix… it will pulverize nearly anything!
